Sketches are taking me far too much time >.> There is a looong way in front of me. But still it is a very enjoyable and fun road.

How about you guys? Are you taking your art really serious and don't accept mistakes or you're trying to have fun?
I had few stages of my attitude to creating my art (If you can call it an art XD). Firstly I didn't care about the progress, I drew the same faces, same poses, chibies.
Then I had an RPG time when drawings simply flew from under my hands one by one without a problem, but still I didn't progress to much.
After that I had to gain some money. I was after school I had to help my parents and gather some money for a wedding with ~Runshin. He started to telling me where I'm making mistakes and where should I should stop for a moment. He was my big motivation. So I WANTED to progress and I had ups and downs. I forced myself to draw many times coz' I had a big project to accomplish. I was mad, angry that nothing was going as I wanted. My sketches sucked which made me more angry and frustrated.
Now I finished my big project. After that I felt like a big rock fell from my shoulders. I'm enjoying every sketch AND I want to improve. So... yeah. I have more free time for a study of anatomy, 30-90sec pose drawing and others like forest walks, watching anime, reading, playing. It's a good time I think. Good for nice and stress free climbing on a mountain that's called "Self-Realization"
